This is great advice. I completely agree with the concept of focusing on your STRENGTHS and getting stronger in those areas. As opposed to trying to work on your weaknesses all the time -- just get a teammate to pick up where your skill lacks, makes so much more sense! I am actually reading a great book that addresses this very idea, and I am loving it -- I'm not sure if you have read it, but my mentor in SoZo recommended it to me, its called "Now, Discover Your Strengths" by Buckingham and Clifton. It can be so easy when that happens to try to mold yourself to the advice of the day. But at the end of the day your authenticity will carry more weight than any "suit" you put on.
