One of my mentors, Mark Hoverson, had created a “due diligence” for leaders and coaches to follow when dealing with new partners. I can especially relate when he talk about those type of people that just walk in expecting YOU to be the end all solution and never putting any effort into their business. With this way of having a leader status, this does free up your time to deal with those people that are serious and that actually put effort into taking ACTION while LEARNING how to do things for themselves…
