From what I have seen lately on the net, people are more prone to “interact” with you if you put yourself out there. The trust issue and hiding behind websites is a thing of the past… Most people and internet users want to know who you are and what you do. Being more personal will build trust.
For me twitter, facebook and skype are my main forms of communication with the online world…
