A couple weeks ago I had posted about heading out to Las Vegas for Ross Goldberg’s Master’s seminar. There I met one of my “celebrities” Sterling Valentine. Just head to the post, a few back, to read how we met. I want to talk about the reflection we shared while in that hotel room. We both just went through a tough time in our life that brought us to a great realization.
Life is short.
I certainly am a big believer in working in a niche that you are truly passionate about and being able to do what you love outside of that. You want to be able to be on your death bed and say to yourself that you accomplished and did everything you ever wanted in life. Doing internet marketing and making money online will never be satisfying if you are not truly happy in your heart and life. The talk I had with Sterling Valentine was nothing short of being invaluable. I gave him feedback on things and he gave me a path that I can use in my business to get me focused and on track. There is nothing like having someone to hold you accountable and make you focus in fear of letting them down.
He is now on his path to happiness with his music and I am on mine towards getting back into art.
